Retainer + Balance
• We price every estimate with a lump sum.
• 50% due upfront to begin the work.
• Remaining 50% due upon completion of the estimate.
Add-ons & Adjustments
• If additional scope is sent after the estimate begins,
we’ll send an addendum with pricing.
• Payment for the add-on will be clearly listed on the updated invoice.

What You Get
• You’ll receive a Dropbox link with:
• The full PDF of your estimate
• Any relevant takeoff sheets, notes, or details
• Scope notes to show what was included
