Estimate & Payment Terms

Turnaround & Delivery Timing

All Interior Inc. consistently delivers estimates on time. Turnaround time is not fixed, as it depends on several variables — including project size, scope complexity, file clarity, and coordination needs.

We begin estimating the moment we receive a retainer or deposit, and we always complete our work before the bid date, allowing you time to review the estimate thoroughly.

Larger or more complex projects, missing documents, or unclear scopes of work may extend the timeline. If delays occur due to client-side issues — such as incomplete plans, late scope revisions, or delayed payments — estimated delivery dates may shift accordingly.

We take pride in meeting our delivery commitments, and we will always notify you in advance if any timeline risks arise.

Payment Terms

Estimates are billed as a lump sum:

• 50% retainer due upfront to start work.

• 50% balance due upon completion before files are released.

Addendums & Scope Changes

Any new drawings, revisions, updated specifications, or alternate scope sent after the initial quote will be treated as an addendum.

Addendums will typically require an additional fee. Small changes may be handled at no extra cost at All Interior Inc.’s discretion. Significant revisions will be invoiced and paused until payment is received.

Projects with ongoing revisions may result in multiple addendums. All Interior Inc. has previously managed projects with 20+ scope updates, and this is not uncommon in the industry.

Estimate Delivery Format

Upon receipt of final payment, deliverables will be shared via Dropbox and will include:

• Final PDF takeoff or scope report

• Supporting notes and assumptions

• Any applicable addendum or version labeling

Estimates reflect only the files and information submitted at the time of pricing.

Estimates are not guarantees, subcontractor quotes, or final bid pricing. They are professional tools designed to assist your pricing efforts — not to replace your field validations, installer input, or construction-specific takeoffs.

All Interior Inc. is not liable for missed bids, construction losses, workforce inefficiencies, or disputes resulting from reliance on these numbers.

Every construction project involves unknown variables: labor conditions, installer experience, material availability, change orders, and field execution. Our estimates help you get started — but ultimate responsibility for bid pricing and install accuracy remains with the contractor.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued once estimate work has begun. If the project is canceled within 1 hour of payment and no work has started, refunds may be issued at All Interior Inc.'s sole discretion.

Confidentiality

If required, All Interior Inc. will sign an NDA upon request. Otherwise, we reserve the right to showcase non-confidential elements (project name, product types, or estimating logic) for case studies or marketing unless instructed otherwise in writing.
